After a fantastic third year, Screening Rights Festival Festival – Birmingham’s international festival of social justice film – is set to become a Midlands-wide event. We’ll be back in the Autumn 2018 with another exceptional programme of special screenings taking place in Birmingham and Coventry.
Meanwhile, clips and discussions from SRFF 2017, and the previous festivals, are gradually being added to our youtube channel. Here, however, are some vox pops following the screening of Nicholas de Pencier’s film, Black Code. Sponsored by the Canada-UK Foundation, a fantastic panel, which included the director, discussed the film with the large audience in the mac cinema.
